I was nervous as this was my first time seeing someone in the Psychiatric field. Due to some unfortunate circumstances I was unable to get into contact at the appointment time, but James made a great effort to meet with me on the same day and I am grateful for his diligence and commitment. He listened to everything I had to say and explained everything very well whenever I had a question. Fantastic bedside manner and a great healthcare professional. Highly recommend.
