At some point, we all struggle to adjust to change and fail to respond to life’s challenges with our best effort. It’s normal to feel stuck. I believe people inherently have what it takes within themselves to adjust, change and heal. No matter if it’s a challenging work situation, a parenting struggle, a tough year of high school or college, we all know what it feels like to struggle. Parents and their children are not immune, in that over the course of the first 18 years of life there are bound to be countless transitions, developments, change and of course, points of contention. I'm here to help!
I provide therapy counseling support to children, teens, adults, couples, and families, virtually throughout California, in person at our Walnut Creek office, in Northern California, and at our Cerritos location, serving the greater Los Angeles area.
We are truly "all in this together." The toll of Covid has impacted us all. I have seen common trends with the families I have worked with and I use this information to help parents find solutions quickly to help their children and teens cope with change, depression, anxiety, and various addictions.

I made my appointment online at zocdoc 15 minutes before my appointment I tried logging in for my session and I was told the therapist will contact me directly for further login instructions I waited for 45 minutes and not once did anyone or the therapist bother. Reaching out I’m an understanding person so if by chance we needed to reschedule or any thing I would have understood & appreciated a heads up & still 4 days later I still haven’t heard anything
