I've had four rheumatologists. And every single one never reviews any paperwork prior to my appointment. That is, until Dr. Hamer. He thoroughly reviewed my case, took the time to ask me questions (and while I haven't been to medical school, I should have a degree in the advocacy it takes to be a patient alone, he asked the RIGHT questions), never made me feel hopeless and genuinely showed interest. I am happy to have found a good one!

Honestly, the easiest process I have ever experienced. I set up the appointment online. The doctor's office sent emails/texts to confirm my appointment and all information was very easily communicated. The doctor I met with listened to everything I communicated. He was very patient while I explained all my concerns. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. He asked many questions about my history and explained our plans for our medical plan. I would definitely recommend using this service as well as Dr. Kyle Harner. Thank you.

So glad I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Harner. As many know, wait times to see a Rheumatologist can be exceptionally long. I was able to get in right away with Dr. Harner and the virtual visit was extremely convenient. He listened intently to everything that I had to explain and asked me detailed, comprehensive questions about my medical history. I felt he was very compassionate throughout the entire visit. I’ve seen many, many doctors before finally being referred by three separate specialists to a rheumatologist so I’m thankful for such a positive experience. I would definitely recommend a conversation with Dr. Harner if you’re trying to figure out the next steps for your health.

Dr. Kyle Harner is the best rheumatologist that I have seen. For years I have been dealing with a number of health problems and seen upwards of a dozen specialists. None of them listened to my concerns the way that Dr. Harner did. He asked questions that no other doctor has asked, ordered bloodwork that no other doctor has ordered, and called in a prescription that greatly improves my overall quality of life. His assistant was very helpful and sent me a follow-up e-mail within hours of my appointment. I strongly recommend choosing Dr. Harner as your rheumatologist.

Honestly one of the best medical professionals I've ever interacted with. So compassionate and caring and really takes me serious when a lot of other doctors dismissed me solely on age and perceived physical health. Virtual visits are a huge plus for me too and the office is very flexible and easy to get in contact with.

Excellent! My primary care doctor made a referral to a local specialist on my behalf. I was able to find a specialist on zocdoc, made an appointment and then saw the specialist. All before even being contacted by the local doctor. Dr Gilbert is kind and definitely knowledgeable. She made sure all my questions were answered. I feel completely confident that I received excellent medical care. Highly recommend!

Emily is very knowledgeable and was able to answer a lot of questions for me, but I left my appointment really not knowing what my next steps are. I asked for recommendations on how to address my problems and she really didn’t have an answer for me.
If you want some quick answers about a diagnosis, lab work, or symptoms, Emily is very knowledgeable, but if you’re looking for treatment options and recommendations, you might be dissatisfied.
