I never saw the Dr. They text and told me she had a family emergency. I replied back sorry to hear that . I text ask was my insurance covering or was it going to be out of pocket like it said on app they never text back . I get an alert later to rate the visit . So I don't know what's going on but I was never seen by anyone today
