Renew Therapy

Eileen O'Neil, LCSW PMH-C is the owner of Renew Therapy. She uses her own lived experience as a mother of three, along with Perinatal Mental Health Certification, to help those struggling with and adjusting to life postpartum. A passion of hers is to change the way we support postpartum women, and to help parents find joy in & connect with their kids. Eileen also works with and has a passion for those dealing with major life changes- such as a career change, grief, phase of life transitions, aging and generalized anxiety. She finds it very important to explore our past experiences, childhoods and relationships in order to discover underlying belief's that may be in the way of our success, and helping those break the cycle of generational trauma. Eileen is currently undergoing training in EMDR, an evidenced based trauma treatment. Eileen is excited to bring these new skills to her clients and help them re-process events from their past that may be holding them back from meeting their therapy goals. She will soon be an EMDR certified clinician and hopes to help make EMDR more accessible to those in the area!
