My philosophy for improving others' lives is centered on the clients' personal goals, establishing a genuine connection, and offering a safe and non-judgmental place to share your deepest thoughts and feelings. I use a wide variety of research-based therapy modalities that for your specific needs to address your issues. Examples include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Brainspotting, Somatic Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I specialize in treating trauma, Anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anger, and Mood Disorders. I also commonly help clients improve self-worth, increase self-confidence, and improve communication and healthy boundary setting skills in their personal relationships.

Kristy was very kind and attentive. I have a lot of issues to work through and she was patient as I went through them during our first visit. She was also very accommodating about insurance and getting that processed. I look forward to meeting with her again.

This was my first therapy appointment ever and it went very smoothly. I was really nervous but Kristy was very calm. I was nervous about where you start but Kristy asked really good guiding questions and I am excited to see where the rest takes me. Also very good communication prior to the meeting.
