Please be advised this practice is not in network with insurances and is self pay only. We cannot accept medicare, medicare advantage, and medicaid patients. The bill will be sent following the visit. Price for members: $150/month (including initial visits and follow ups) Initial visit rate for non-members : $200/month Follow up visit rate for non-members: $170/month Body compisition scan: $50/scan for non-members
