As soon as I got to Dr. Klein’s office I felt super comfortable. The staff is extremely nice and this is so important because all the patients come in with different issues and having a pleasant staff just makes your visit much easier and satisfying. Dr. Klein answers all your questions and even gives you his personal email just in case you need to contact him.

The entire staff at RMA unite plains was amazing. Dr. Klein was so knowledgeable and understanding. I can not say enough great things about them. He helped my husband and I get pregnant after 3 years of infertility.

I was hesitant about dr Thornton before going after reading some bad reviews but now I see they were totally unfounded. She was very professional but also warm and kind. She took the time to explain all options based on my medical history, not trying to push any treatment on us. I’m very happy with my first visit and we will move ahead with IVF in the upcoming months. Would absolutely recommend.

I waited maybe 5 mins before seeing the doctor. Dr. Thorton listened carefully to my needs and was patience with my concerns. She provide clear invasive treatment options and non-invasive options. I walked away with a lot of information.

I agree with the review indicating that RMA only cares about the quantity of patients and not the quality of their care. This individual physician is fine, but you won't see her much throughout your treatment. The front office staff is largely useless and made things take longer than needed after monitoring. I'm not sure who thought it was a good idea to hire mostly college girls for the front desk of a fertility clinic, but their lack of experience and immaturity didn't help things. The billing staff is unresponsive and not proactive related to insurance approvals. Communication between staff members and again to patients is lacking. The patient care coordinator is the only one who would get 5 stars. I'm starting treatment at a different practice over the summer and I recommend that others interview a few places before commiting.

Very kind and helpful. Dr. Thornton was able to run a couple tests at our first appointment, no waiting. She also set us up to meet a financial counselor to give us a rundown. A great experience under stressful circumstances.

It was pretty clear that RMA is only interested in their numbers - there was no follow up, no gentle bedside manner. After going to see the folks at Cornell Weiss this place pales in comparison - it is light night an day. They treated us like family over at Cornell, while at RMA they wanted to talk to us about "packages" and with their "financial coordinator". It was SUCH a turnoff....

We first visited with Dr. Lederman back in 2016 after not being able to conceive on our own. Dr. Lederman is compassionate, patient and wants what is best for his patients. He takes his time to answer all of our questions, explains the IVF process to you and will respond to your emails quickly. After 3 rounds of IVF we are now expecting our first baby due in March 2018. We are very blessed because of Dr. Lederman & the entire RMA staff. We will be returning to his office very soon.

Dr Lederman was extremely easy to work with and very caring. He gave us great advice and as a result we are expecting our first child now. He was always reachable and willing to answer my most basic and not complex questions. If I emailed him, he usually responded right away and I absolutely loved that. He is the best. RMA is a large practice, but we picked it because we knew we could get appointments on our schedule. We still managed to see Dr. Lederman 95% of the time, and couldn't have been happier with the care he (and the other doctors) offered. We were very pleased to have had a successful IVF 1st attempt, and will be returning when we're ready for baby #2!

Dr. Lederman is exceptional. I saw him for IVF treatment and gave birth to my baby in June. While there are many, one of his most impressive characteristics is his level of knowledge and his desire to continue to expand his learning. I have a unique genetic disorder and when I met with Dr. Lederman he made it his mission to learn as much about my condition and even joined a panel of medical and scientific professioanls focused on researching the disorder I have. In addition to this, he is kind and understanding of people's concerns. He never dismissed any of my worries (some were pretty crazy!) and always offered logical, sound advice and guidance. He is incredibly thorough and always considers and walks you through every possible option. His calm demeanour is reassuring and just naturally puts you at ease. He took my husband and me through a difficult time in our lives and I am forever grateful to him. My confidence in Dr. Lederman is immeasurable.

Just an FYI that as of today, this has doctor moved offices. We showed up at the Court St location listed here on Zocdoc and had to make a mad dash for the new offices (Albee Sq). But it ended up working out because the new offices are gorgeous. (Admittedly, never got to see the old offices since this was our first time). Everyone was friendly. Dr. Lekovich chatted with us and listened to our story, took notes, and educated us on a few things. She was gentle and kind and did not rush us at all. I also appreciated that she communicated any pain levels of any of the parts of our plan. Just an empathetic touch. They laid out a whole plan for us and everything, and were able to do some testing on-site, which is greatly appreciated. Overall, I was nervous, but this went 100% as best as it could have, and I feel much more supported after having gone in for a consult.
