Total Wellness Mental Health Care! My mission is to help individuals become the best version of themselves. I help those who are ready to participate in their wholeness journey, so that they can stop living life beneath their potential. I don't just practice psychiatry, I specialize in treating the entire person. I value taking adequate time to obtain a complete understanding of a person's makeup- body, soul and spirit. I fuse my clinical experience, counseling skills, as well as my medical knowledge to help optimize your total wellness. My practice is designed for those who desire to approach their mental health holistically. I believe that medications have their place in treating symptoms, however, I am passionate about helping those I serve do their inner work and make lifestyle changes, so that they can experience sustained fulfillment. In today's society, living a dull and mentally exhausting life has become so normalized. It's not supposed to be this way! I want to partner with you to help you finally overcome what's preventing you from experiencing the peace you deserve. My current self-pay appointment costs are: $450 for an initial evaluation (90 minutes) $200 for a follow up appointment (30 minutes) All appointments are VIRTUAL only.
