I went to a Patient First due to some pain I was experiencing. I was referred to a specialist and from there had subsequent appointments and even a procedure done to determine the issue. The cause was not identified. After seeing Dana Collins, she was able to determine that two separate issues were happening, one of which she diagnosed almost immediately. I now have scans to get and will be going back for a follow-up. I should have gone to her first; I won't make that mistake again. Excellent Provider.

I was very disappointed in this office. I drove an hour round-trip to find that the office was closed. I arrived at 7:20pm to a poorly lit garage and was very afraid and horrified when I found the office was closed. I left a message and the next day was contacted by the office saying they had sent 2 text messages. When I stated that I did not receive the messages I asked why I wasn't contacted by phone, the same response was provide that 2 text messages were sent. I have decided not to put my medical well-being in the hands of this practice.

I hate going to the doctors…and I have horrible white coat syndrome! But Dr.Collins was such a fun and likable person that I wasn’t even nervous and I had a normal blood pressure reading!! It was my first appointment ever and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Highly recommend!
