Professional, Friendly, exceptional bedside manner. From front desk to the Doctor everyone went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this Doctor’s office. And yes I am staying with them. In fact my whole family is being seen by them.

What an incredible find! The service at Resilient Dental Lounge is top-notch. Every person I interacted with—the front desk staff, the hygienist, and the dentist—was professional, friendly, and excellent. They were extremely efficient; I was seen right away with no wait time and my appointment felt perfectly managed. If you're looking for a practice that values your time and provides excellent care, this is it. Highly recommended!

The Dr and staff were great. I've had two problems with dentists in Abilene and it has been 25+ years that I saw one. I was treated very well and had little to NO anxiety, which was not the case in Abilene. You Doc have put together an incredible staff......Thank you so much. See you next week!!

The office contacted me immediately to confirm my appointment and go over all of my insurance information and concerns. They got me in almost immediately and, although they were running behind that day, they respected my biggest concern, my financial situation. The dentist himself did my cleaning which I have never experienced in my life. The entire staff was so kind and gentle. The office was clean, and they had extremely up to date technology. They were HONEST and did not try to pressure me or upsell me like my previous dentist. They were realistic about my finances and prioritized a treatment plan that I didn't make me leave the office having an anxiety attack. Highly recommend!

Dr.Loyd is so personable and kind. Went over the xrays..tooth by tooth...that was great. He told me is plan for each tooth and asked, several times, if I had any questions. His dental hygienist...there were 2..both named Gabby,
