Resilient Heart Therapy

Hi, I’m Bianca, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, and life transitions. I support individuals who feel stuck, emotionally drained, or are navigating challenges related to work, relationships, health, or major life changes. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I work with clients to develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
