**Our practice requires a brief 15-minute consultation call before scheduling an intake to ensure good fit and clarity from the start.**
I take a collaborative, individualized approach focused on understanding the full context of a person’s mental health and helping shift long-standing patterns--not just managing symptoms. In alignment with this philosophy, and given the limitations of telehealth care, I do not routinely prescribe benzodiazepines (e.g., Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin) at this practice. When used routinely, these medications require close follow-up and in-person assessment.
My work integrates comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, thoughtful medication management, and therapy informed by CBT, DBT, and schema therapy.
