We built this practice because the system kept splitting patients into pieces — one diagnosis treated, the rest referred out — and because we watched good clinicians lose the visit to the screen: typing instead of listening, finishing notes at night.
Patients told us the rest: waiting weeks for an appointment, retelling their story to provider after provider, rushed visits, no one to reach with a question, and bills nobody explained. So we built the practice to answer each of those — one team for mental health, addiction and pain, a care team you can message 24/7, coverage checked before you book, and a provider who listens.
People living with mental illness, addiction or pain deserve better than the system usually gives them. So does everyone else; medicine in every specialty does.

I made an appointment through this app, and tried to reach out several times the office to know how to connect with this provider for the video. I was never contacted or able to reach out his team. The day of the appointment the provider never reached out. I wasn’t able to have my appointment. I would’ve understood if my appointment was canceled, but not even that was made.

Dr Arora has an excellent bedside manner. I didn't feel rushed during the appointment. He heard my complaints and put a plan together that we both agreed on.
I did have to wait 20 minutes or so past my appointment time.
