Okay let me give you the reason for my rating. The attending doctors, two wonderful ladies, took care of me. The first one interviewed me and asked me questions about the reasons for my visit. The second doctor administered a hearing test for me she was thorough professional, and they were both cordial and engaging. The physician however was distant, cold, and sparing of words. He read the hearing report for me and I knew I passed; I didn't need to hear that. What needed to hear was his opinion about my condition ... nothing. In fact, I had to self-diagnose and he confirmed it. I wanted to hear his opinion about the causes, treatment, or at a minimum how to mitigate it. I didn't get any of that. Likely I will continue to patronize that office but I with a different physician. I suppose these days patients have to resort to AI to know about our conditions and save physicians much trouble and time (lol and sad). Listen: I am not above reproach either; I should have asked questions.

Dr. Lee is absolutely fabulous! I was worried about my ear because I had to fly the next day and Dr. Lee was able to identify the problem right away and fix it in record time. He is truly one of the most capable doctors that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. THANK YOU DR LEE!

My son had been dealing with frequent nosebleeds for weeks while we were traveling abroad. I was able to make an appointment within 3 days of getting back home, we were seen right away by a physician's assistant who explained the problem clearly and provided options for treatment. The doctor took his time with us and made sure we had no other questions. My son got the treatment, which took about ten minutes. All in all, we were in an out in about 40 minutes total. Highly recommend this provider and this office.

You can't find a better doctor and staff than Dr. Kennedy. The experience exceeded expectations. Complete recovery from my ailment and a plan for the future. Strongly recommended for ENT requirements.

Dr. Colgrove kindly and reassuringly gave me her honest opinion even though that opinion would result in her office getting less money due to recommending that I not get a procedure done. It wasn't just her opinion that mattered, but also the way she kindly expressed it, and while my experience with her was only a little, I think I know enough to say that she cares about her patients and puts them first. My opinion might not count for much due to not having more substantial treatment, but I think she's trustworthy for those who do get more done by her and I recommend her.
