My experience was wonderful with my new provider!! Warren was very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. Also, made me feel heard. I look forward to working with him in the future. Loved the virtual and they made it very easy to join the appointment. That is from someone who isn’t very computer savvy!! ??

My experience with this physician assistant was deeply unsatisfactory. During my visit, my concerns and personal history were largely ignored. Instead of engaging in a thorough consultation, the PA relied entirely on a generic 5-question screening tool to diagnose me with depression and prescribe medication (Zoloft).
The care felt transactional, rushed, and disengaged. Mental health and personal well-being cannot be accurately assessed in a matter of minutes through a superficial test while ignoring the patient's own words. Patients deserve a provider who listens attentive to their specific situation rather than rushing to prescribe medication.
