I specialize in helping individuals navigate the effects of traumatic experiences, whether recent or long-standing. Together, we work to process the past, build emotional resilience, and empower you to lead a fulfilling life moving forward.
Using evidence-based modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness, I tailor each session to meet your needs and ensure that you feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you reclaim your sense of safety, trust, and hope, while providing you with tools to manage and process difficult emotions.
