Revival Recovery Center
Revival Recovery Center is an outpatient medical mental health and addiction treatment clinic located in Highland, Michigan, providing compassionate in-person care and secure telehealth services to patients across Michigan. Led by Lisa Perna, MSN, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, our practice specializes in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, and evidence-based addiction treatment for adolescents and adults.
We focus on treating mild to moderate complexity mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD and trauma-related symptoms, panic disorder, insomnia, and stress-related mood concerns. Patients do not need to have a substance use disorder to receive mental health care. Our approach emphasizes accurate diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and ongoing follow-up to help patients achieve emotional stability and long-term wellness.
In addition to mental health services, Revival Recovery Center provides outpatient addiction treatment and recovery support, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone, Sublocade injections, Vivitrol (naltrexone), Antabuse, and other evidence-based medications. We also offer medical detox support and withdrawal management for substances such as alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, kratom, marijuana, cocaine, and stimulants.
Our practice takes a whole-person, patient-centered approach that combines medical care with compassionate support and coordinated services. While we do not provide in-house counseling or therapy, we actively collaborate with trusted community therapists, counselors, and recovery programs to ensure comprehensive care for each patient.
We proudly accept Medicaid and most major insurance plans, helping remove barriers to mental health and addiction treatment for individuals and families across Michigan.
