Jose has a special skill and is able to see the real you very quickly. His intuition mixed with his experience in the field, makes him not only a great ally but a coach giving you tangible things to work on and new ways to view trauma, discomfort, actions of others, decisions you’ve made, etc. Like many patients, I came to him in crisis and it might have been the best decision I’ve made. He has helped me get through the extremely painful days, make sense of the wreckage, and move on. He reminds me of how far I’ve come and encourages me to really “go for it” now.
