I didn’t know what to expect when I started therapy, but Arlene Anjos was exactly what I hoped for! I felt heard and respected throughout our sessions. She listened when I needed to share something and gave me meaningful support when I needed it. She helped me so much! I have gained many take aways that I will continue to use.
