It takes courage to start asking the questions that begin the process of change, but I am here to support and guide you into the life you want. Together we will uncover your truth, heal your past, and discover the person you want to be and the life you want to have. Your growth and healing are my priority. My therapy style is warm, encouraging but, direct and respectful. I believe in creating a safe place that promotes honesty, vulnerability, and change. I merge the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients working toward overall well-being. I have advanced training in the treatment of eating disorders and have completed certification courses for the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I am also trained in CBT, ACT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy and Psychodrama.
