Scheduled an appointment for a video visit at 2:40pm. Called them at 3pm after not getting any communication from doctor on how to video visit. Woman that answered said they were backed up and had a meeting to attend in 5 minutes so she scheduled me for 4pm. Never got a call or anything only a message from zocdoc asking how the visit went...

I was greeted by a super nice and helpful office staff. The nurse who checked the usual beginning office visit vital was also great! I was seen by Amanda I dont want to gush but she was amazing and I feel I will be in great hands. First off they called 5 to six times before. With problems with everything. She said she was going to write prescriptions for me. She lied. I received no help. Now I think she marked me for some reason because I can no longer book with other doctors to get help.

Best visit ever. Loved the personable staff and caregivers. Addressed the multitude of health concerns I had with proactive assistance through onpersonal care and specialist recommendations for my specific conditions. Took the initiative to ensure the purpose of the current and planned visits were within insurance guidelines to avoid out of pocket costs. I am happy that I've found this new provider still close to home for in person visits with televisit capability.

This was my first experience using ZocDoc to find a doctor, and it was truly incredible! I discovered Revive Medical Spa and booked an appointment with Amanda Thompson.
This was my first visit, and I genuinely felt like I had finally found the care I had been searching for. I was running late and felt heavy panic, so I called the office. Even though they have a late policy, the receptionist was incredibly calming and supportive, which I really appreciated in that moment.
From start to finish, I felt listened to and understood when discussing my concerns. As someone with a complex medical background, I often find it challenging to feel like I'm receiving the attention I deserve from healthcare providers. However, not only was I given thorough explanations, but I was also educated on topics I hadn’t encountered before.
I can already tell that this will be a comforting place for me, and I’m eager to continue my journey here. I plan to recommend this practice to others!

Amanda was truly amazing, very open, honest, and clearly cared about me as a patient. I love that she did not just tell me what I wanted to hear, but gave honest responses, but also have me the tools and context that allowed me to do my own research and verify her suggestions. Although I already had a primary doctor I loved, I will be switching to Amanda as my primary - her detailed explanations was unmatched!

I booked two video appointments with this woman. I was never given any login info, and there was no contact info to call the office. I had my insurance cards uploaded, and forms filled out beforehand. I took time off work for these appointments and lost money due to the no shows and being completely ghosted.

Bring that I’m not a big fan of doctors, this place made me feel comfortable and safe to be honest about my symptoms. Wait time was less than 5 mins. Staff was nice and friendly and Dr.Thompson was amazing! I feel like I’ve found a great office to make sure I’m healthy and happy.

Ms Thompson was a very able listener and in turn asked many follow up questions. Her logic is is excellent and her conclusions are sound and I enjoyed her wit and her intelligent conversation. It was most impressive to watch her reach the correct diagnosis by utilizing her skills she has honed all these years. I would definitely see her again if it was necessary.
