As a new patient, Dr. Mbadugha was able to fit me in to her schedule quickly, with very little wait for an appointment. Upon meeting, she was flexible when I realized I had a conflict that would result in me leaving the appointment early. She accommodated me by shortening the time of my initial meeting but keeping it purposeful. She helped me feel seen and understood almost immediately.
