Concierge Primary Care Practice
When you arrive for your appointment, a medic will greet you at the door, take you back to an exam room, collect your vitals, and will briefly review your paperwork. The provider will join the appointment via a TV that is in the exam room. All of our instruments are equipped with cameras or microphones so you will be able to see and hear everything the provider sees and hears while the exam is being performed.

The office didn’t open until 9:00AM when my appointment was, so I was not able to be there 15 minutes beforehand. The hybrid model was very cool and modern. I will likely return here, knowing they don’t open doors until 9:00AM

100% loved this visit! It was really neat to have them take your vitals and show your inner ear/nose and explain what’s normal vs what’s not. I feel like it was a lot more interactive than having a doctor present. The doctor was also super empathetic and had great bedside manner

The doctor was more kind and willing to listen than any health care provider I have previously had, over all a wonderful experience. Only problem was finding the entrance, though that is probably more of my problem than their fault. 5/5 Stars

I wasn’t aware that this would be telehealth and wasn’t notified before the appointment, but the experience was decent. I felt that the NP did a really great job of listening and being empathetic. Scheduling was somewhat chaotic because I was told that the time slot that I scheduled online was double-booked and I had to call back and forth several times in order to rebook my appointment, which was not convenient and actually quite aggravating. But the appointment itself was fine and Katie was a highlight. Unfortunately I felt as though the staff on-site were a little new or inexperienced (I had to help them keep the needle for my blood draw in place because they hadn’t fastened it down properly and it could have caused me unnecessary stress or pain if I was less accustomed to blood draw)

Great experience! I hadn’t done a hybrid visit before, but after reading some great reviews I decided to give it a try. The NP’s assistant was incredibly friendly and the NP herself was very knowledgeable and listened to me very closely. She asked all the right questions, and I can’t say I’ve ever had such a great medical appointment. Wait time was zero as well, which was a huge change from traditional offices!

This was fantastic. I was unsure of what to expect as this is a hybrid teledoc/in person visit but I was pleasantly surprised by the whole process and couldn’t have been happier with my experience with both Katherine and my paramedic! I’m feeling optimistic about this new system and am looking forward to seeing it function.

First time experiencing a live video appointment. This type of visit is streamlined compared to traditional legacy services. Everything went very well. I have some pressing issues that brought me in, and Jacque was attentive to my questions and concerns. She laid out a plan of medication and imaging to identify and treat my ailments, etc. Jeffery was the staff member who assisted me with everything, and he was a gentleman throughout the process. I feel like I'm in good hands and look forward to better health in the future. I'll update this review a bit down the road. For now, highly recommended!

The doctors appointment was very thorough! Also the Equiptment they use makes you feel more involved and aware of situations! I would recommend giving them a try it is different than most doctor visits! They seem to take great pride in actually taking care of their patients!
