Concierge Primary Care Practice
When you arrive for your appointment, a medic will greet you at the door, take you back to an exam room, collect your vitals, and will briefly review your paperwork. The provider will join the appointment via a TV that is in the exam room. All of our instruments are equipped with cameras or microphones so you will be able to see and hear everything the provider sees and hears while the exam is being performed.

The office didn’t open until 9:00AM when my appointment was, so I was not able to be there 15 minutes beforehand. The hybrid model was very cool and modern. I will likely return here, knowing they don’t open doors until 9:00AM

High tech is the first thing I'd say. Comfortable yet modern office. Chris assisted me and made sure I understood their system which was pretty cool. He was there to do all physical checks (i.e. blood pressure/lab work) and I spoke to the NP virtually while in the office. Chris made me feel extremely comfortable and answered every question I had. Maggie made me cry tears of joy as she REALLY listened and made me feel like a person not just a patient. I felt truly listened to and validated. I walked in with a sense of dread and walked out with a sense of RELEIF. I look forward to finally taking control of my health and my LIFE after YEARS of anxiety from being treated poorly by medical health "professionals"

The visit was very thorough with modern technology and interior. There is a virtual component where my care provider was on screen. She spent more time with me than past experiences with other doctors/nurses. I liked that I could see on screen what they were viewing during the examination. Additionally, everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The furniture and aesthetics were very modern as well. I recommend everyone to try this as a modern approach to medicine.

Such a friendly, comfortable environment. My nurse was so sweet and talked me through my entire appointment, making sure I understood every single detail. Then seeing Maggie over a video call during the whole appointment, she was very attentive and still felt very present even though she was only present via video call. 10/10 experience and definitely making Maggie my PCP!

I prefer to be able to meet with my doctor or NP in person. This office is set up to do virtual visits. I just prefer to see my provider the old fashioned way. Outside of that the service was amazing.

My experience with Maggie Lewis, NP. was very positive. I was in the market for a PCP and she was able to get me in, address my needs and areas of concern, and lay out clear expectations for the future. The process of my visit was fast and efficient, she didn’t double/triple book like a lot of providers do, the experience was fantastic. Honestly, this was the best doctor experience I’ve ever had. It was so easy, and everyone was so nice. I loved how transparency was a goal of theirs. They showed me all of my medical results, and I got to actually see my heartbeat, the inside of my ear, etc. So cool and so refreshing.

This location is considered a “CloudClinic,” meaning it is an enhanced version of telehealth. The provider virtually joins the appointment and is able to see pictures they are taken by the nurse on a screen. I was excited to experience this new type of medicine practice and I can say it was quite enjoyable! I was able to see what the inside of my ears and nose looked like, as well as what my heartbeat sounded like. Pretty neat! Dr. Lewis was attentive, focused, knowledgeable, and extremely easy to talk to. She is straightforward without being forceful. I really enjoyed having her as my doctor and I will be using her again for sure!

Although I was not aware the provider would not be in office and this would be a virtual visit, I was very surprised by how much I liked the appointment! Maggie was very thorough and it was interesting to see how their office worked. Right away the staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The virtual visit with Dr. Maggie went well. She advised and listened to my concerns. I was told I could get all labs and blood work completed in office, however after three attempts to take my blood, they recommended me to Quest to get blood work completed. I now have big bruises where they attempted to get blood. Partially my issue was not being hydrated fully. The staff is friendly and all but after this and knowing I'd have a monthly fee membership attached to this office, when I already have insurance come out weekly, makes it hard to say I'd return.

Maggie was absolutely fantastic during my first visit with her, and I've already recommended her to multiple friends here in St Louis. I hadn't seen a doctor in a few years, and Maggie was willing to spend way more time than I expected to walk through my medical history and current issues.
