My in-office visit was changed to a 10 minute FaceTime, during which the doctor recommend I get a specific procedure pretty quickly into the call. Turned out the procedure would be very costly and done in New Jersey. Entire thing felt very sketchy.

The assistant called me a day before my appt to ask to speak with the doctor over video chat to go over your issues. He wants to make sure he can do it or if you need more attention.
The only issue I had was having this virtual the day before my appointment instead of a week before. Now I had to get a surgical procedure done on a day I wasn't prepared to, but due to me living out of state, I just did it. Also, I was told I'd be sent a car to and from my appt., but no one told me it would be done in NJ. I thought it would be in his Manhattan Office where I originally made my appointment.
The assistant was nice and communicated frequently, but some things could be made a lot more clear.
The doctor had great bedside manner.

Just a heads-up—this doctor requires a virtual visit before you can see him in person. Our FaceTime call took place while he was in his car, which didn’t feel very professional. Without examining my foot in person, he recommended two procedures (one involving bone removal) and immediately suggested we move forward with scheduling a procedure —before we’d even met face-to-face.
At one point, he asked what my husband thought about my toes. I don’t have a husband—and honestly, the only opinion that should’ve mattered during that visit was mine. The conversation became more professional after I mentioned I’m a corporate attorney.
I’ll definitely be getting a second opinion.

I've had an excellent experience with Dr. Loninger and his assistant Dely. From the first visit, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
My foot pain has significantly improved thanks to their expert care and treatment plan. The office staff is also friendly, organized, and accommodating with appointments. They even called me the day before to reconfirm . I Highly recommend for anyone needing quality podiatric care.

I was never seen by the provider as they initially said my insurance wasn’t accepted. However, after asking further questions, it became clear they didn’t have my insurance provider correct. This made me feel like the provider simply didn’t want or didn’t have time to see me, especially since they hadn’t taken the time to verify my insurance details properly beforehand. Then I was advised to call the next office I choose beforehand to make sure the office is in network because “Zocdoc doesn’t verify the provider chosen is in network”..

The appointment was done thru Telehealth. I understood the reason to save time from other test needed prior to seeing the doctor, but it defeats the purpose of needing to be seen in person since my medical condition is an injury. Each experience is to their own, Doctor was nice but that’s all that was good about the appointment.
