Dr Davis not only took the time to closely review my tests, but also listen the details of my prior tests and treatments. Then he created a treatment plan for a condition that's fairly difficult to treat with just a single medication.
All of the staff who administered the tests as well as the scheduling admin are friendly and kind.
I will recommend this practice to everyone I know.

The address provided for my appointment via ZocDoc is no longer used by this provider. I arrived and found it locked and empty. I called and after passing through a couple of answering services finally reached someone who was able to help me reschedule at a different location. I’m not sure if the breakdown is on the doctor’s end or ZocDoc but clearly the appointment scheduling process needs to be updated.

Same day appointment which I appreciated. My issue wasn’t serious just annoying and increasingly irritating and Dr Jacoby dealt with it easily. The exam room was pretty sparse and run down but other than that everything went fine and I would go back to him again.

The Zocdoc process had me going to the wrong office. Turns out the office I was sent to has been closed. I had to go from downtown Scottsdale to downtown Phoenix to connect with Doctor Jacoby. He was great. But when I got there and showed the office staff that the Zocdoc appointment reminder had the wrong address, it seemed they were aware of it but didn't seem motivated to fix it. I was told that they left me a voicemail an hour before my appointment - didn't realize I had it until after I got to their office. This was a Monday appointment. The call about the location change should have been made on Friday, not the morning of - too risky getting the message through.

So I went in for a toe nail issue on my foot. Somehow the entire appointment turned to my weight and how I should do the keto diet. If I was concerned about joint/ankle/knee pain, sure you can tell me losing weight will help, because it would. But I went in for a toe nail issue! Two minutes were spent discussing my toe, the rest of my 30 minute visit was spent promoting the keto diet and telling me the medication I’m on is a stepping stone for big pharma. I’m never coming back here.

DR. JACOBY examined my foot, then used an Xray apparatus before stating his diagnosis...pointed out all the irregularities, asked me which ones were painful. He, then, summarized what procedures CAN work for the "plantar fascitis" (that ARE non surgical). HE DISMISSED the need for surgeries for the bunion, hammer toe or my flat feet because I said the discomfort was minor. He is very caring, attentive, confident and HONEST! My husband and I both are elated to have found both a PERSONABLE and GREAT DOCTOR IN ONE !!! Halleluiah !
