I am here to help people as we all have tough times in our lives. Whether you are having a major life change, a loss, or a long term issue, I may be able to help. I understand we all need a little help. With help, we can increases our personal happiness. I offer therapy, problem solving, and coaching. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy, skills training, person centered therapy, trauma informed therapy, and other eclectic orientations. Help people suffering form depression, trauma, loss, substance use issues, severe and persistent mental illness, and other issues. Adolescent, adults, and families. Now accepting new customers in Alaska. Providing telehealth services so you can access in the privacy and comfort or your own home. I understand the special concerns and experiences of Rural residents and Alaska Natives. Also available for LPC clinical supervision in Alaska.

While I was hesitant to talk with someone initially, once I reached out, Richard’s warm and reassuring demeanor put me at ease which allowed me to open up. The safe environment he provides and the insight he brings to the table have allowed me to grow in ways and at a rate I truly did not expect.
