Sometimes we all needs support in coping with and overcoming challenges that we are faced with in our lives. I provided counseling to help and support people struggling with anxiety, depression, traumatic events, life transitions. I use a client-centered approach to help empower clients to navigate their challenges in a compassionate, non-judgment and empathetic manner. We all need help at times and would love to help support you in addressing the challenges you are faced with. I believe in working with all that come to my practice as a partner in their process, work collaboratively to meet their needs.

For my first appointment, Richard was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. He put me right at ease with how understanding and non- judgmental he was. I truly felt that I could be myself with him and that I could honestly communicate my feelings and opinions with him. He is a very professional and empathetic provider.
