The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The process for diagnosing what was going on with me was very thorough. I was able to see my problem on screen and the nurse practitioner explained to me actually what was going on. I also was able to ask questions and get answers. I felt like, I mattered. Awesome customer service!!!

Everyone in the office is very professional and I have always have a pleasant experience
there. Lydia and Asia are always welcoming both in person and on the phone.
I booked with Zoc Doc and was put in with Dr Ditto. They changed it to a half hour later than my Zoc Doc time, which was fine and I saw Kenya whom I usually see. I have always had a great appointment with her, she explains everything and takes care of my issues whatever they are at the time.
It is also nice to be able to call and almost immediately speak with someone and they, usually, Lydia or Asia are always pleasant!

Wow! In the age of mediocre medical care, this practice stands head and shoulders above!!! From scheduling an appointment to actually being able to see my sinus problems on screen, this office uses the latest technology for patients. I will require a procedure to fix my sinus problem and then some allergy testing to look for a root cause. But, I am 100% confident this is the place for my problem to be resolved.

My experience at Breathe Free with Dr. Ditto was outstanding. The staff from the front desk check-in to the ending check-out were great! They greeted me with a smile and professionally ready to help me complete my check-in paper work.
Dr. Ditto and his nurse Danielle were excellent. She did all the prep work and had my information ready for Dr. Ditto when he came in. Dr. Ditto was very professional and thorough answering my questions, patiently and in a manner that I could understand. I would highly recommend Dr. Ditto and his office to anyone needing the ENT services.

Excellent staff! Very professional yet friendly and engaging. Medical staff are very clear in communication and explaining what they are doing and why. Great listeners. Dr. Ditto is really, really good at interfacing with a patient and is super thorough with his questions and responses to patient questions. Never seemed hurried or distracted for a second. When he’s with you he is really focused on you. Impressed physician who has an excellent rapport with his staff and they are a wonderful team. This is the best doctor visit I have ever had. The NP Kenya was very effective. She explained everything to me in great detail, especially the imagery. Her diagnosis was right on the money and she made me feel comfortable.
I drove over an hour to their office and felt every minute was worthwhile. Beautiful office, very clean, and the staff was the best I had ever seen. I am going to sing their praises to anyone who will listen and encourage people to take a ride to experience doctorial professionalism. I had a fantastic experience at Richmond breathe free sinus & allergy centers! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and organized. The waiting time was minimal, and the environment was clean and calming.
Kenya Cypress FNP BC was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough in explaining everything about my condition. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions without rushing. The examination was gentle but comprehensive, and I really appreciated how clearly they explained the treatment options.
The nurse and support staff were also kind, professional, and made me feel completely at ease.
Overall, I highly recommend this ENT office to anyone needing ear, nose, or throat care. It’s rare to find a medical office that’s this efficient while still maintaining such a personal, caring approach.

Dr. John Ditto communicates clearly, and explains medical language in layman's terms. He checked my E and T, even though I came in for my N. He didn't seem rushed. His Nurse/Assistant was efficient, but took time to explain an upcoming procedure - and emailed me back quickly when I had a follow up question.

I absolutely loved being seen by Kenya! She was so personable and informative. She made me feel extremely comfortable in my exams, confident that I was finally being given the correct and put at ease once I left the office. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. The office is very clean and well kept. Everyone there really supported my autonomy and gave clear communication as well as great advice. I would definitely HIGHLY recommend this practice. It was worth driving from North Carolina for.

I am so pleased with my experience at Dr. Ditto's office. I made my first appointment to address severe sinus issues I've been having, and I was seen by Kenya who was phenomenal. She explained very clearly what was going on with me, and made me feel validated and comfortable the whole time I was there. We were able to schedule a procedure right away, and Dr. Ditto and his assistant were also wonderful and made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. Overall, I highly recommend this practice for anyone with ENT concerns!
