I had a very pleasant experience, my doctor was very concerned about meeting all my concerns. I expressed what was worrying me and. he addressed each issue individually. I like his bedside manner as he was a very attentive listener to my concerns.

The nurse practitioner had poor communication while doing the exam. I had 3 nurses come in and they all kept changing what will be done during my visit. Then they seemed annoyed because I was expressing what I wanted and need to be done. I got there at 10:30 and was not out till 12:00. Over all I did not like how my appointment went.

I had a video appointment with a nurse practitioner at Right Step Medical Center, and the experience was excellent. The provider actively listened to my concerns, addressed all of my questions, and promptly sent my prescription to the pharmacy. I was also provided with a school excuse for my absence.
Scheduling the appointment was simple and convenient. I was able to choose from several available dates and times, and I was even able to secure a same-day appointment.
For minor health concerns that do not require an in-person visit, I highly recommend Right Step Medical Center. The process is easy, convenient, and provides the same high-quality care as an in-office appointment.

I feel that the doctor could have given me a codeine based cough syrup based upon my pain, It's like a schedule 5 drug, the lowest on the scale and it helps, but the NP wont right the right medicine, Im sick amd tired of Bromfed and adding 5 prednisolone felt like a bargining chip ..Pls give the adult patient the best care which isn'twhat I felt, but he was nice and took care of my son and was informative

Scheduling an appointment through Zocdoc was very easy. I entered the type of physician I was looking for and my insurance information to view in-network providers. There were several doctors to choose from, along with multiple available appointment times. After scheduling, we received a confirmation with a link to log in and speak with the doctor during the video visit.

Terrible I would never book with yall again! Waited 20 minutes to be seen and then had to reschedule.. after I rescheduled I was not seen at my next appointment. Terrible service yall told me to reschedule but then never showed up for my call.

The practitioner was uninterested in my problem and couldn’t help. Why does it say they can treat heavy bleeding and they can’t? Then she claimed she was going to send me some medication for pain , but did not. She asked me if I had any more questions I said no and she just ended the call without saying goodbye. Which was very rude. These people are useless and the get paid to do nothing.

This was my 89-year-old mother's first virtual appointment, and it couldn't have gone any better. The provider was on time, got to the root of the issue, and the meds prescribed were available for pickup within a few hours. I highly recommend the service and the provider.

The doctor was very understanding of my situation. I’m going through a domestic violence situation with my husband and he’s violated the protective order so I’m trying to maintain work and not able to sleep due to being scared and having a lot of panic attacks and PTSD flareups and when I told the doctor he immediately ordered a medication that I used in the past that helped with my nerves. I am very grateful. This clinic has always helped me. The lady Doctor before him was very helpful as well. I recommend them both to anyone. I thank you doctors I really appreciate you both. ?
