Rise Up Direct Care is a primary care and urgent care clinic in Decatur, Georgia. We offer personalized, unhurried visits, clear pricing, and care that puts your concerns first. We evaluate common illnesses, minor injuries, and other non-emergency health concerns through in-person and telehealth appointments. We are a cash-pay clinic and do not accept insurance. In-person urgent care visits are $199 (includes an house test like strep, flu or an injection), telehealth visits are $129, and follow-up visits are $70. Additional lab services, medications, injections, or procedures may carry separate charges We evaluate minor injuries but do not offer on-site X-rays. If needed, we refer you to a nearby imaging center for X-rays at $40 per body part, paid separately from your visit fee. For ongoing care, we also offer a $99/month Direct Primary Care membership with unlimited primary care and urgent care visits and direct access to your provider. Membership is not required to book a one-time visit.
