She answered my appointment for the first 3-4 appointments. When I tried to book an appointment with her again through ZocDoc after a few months, she never got back to me before or after the supposed appointment. It is really difficult to reach her because she does not have a solid platform of communication.

Dr. Moon was great and understanding in what I was dealing with. She took it seriously and we have started to a treatment plan right away in the direction that I need!
