Patrick is the BEST as what he does. I always felt comfortable to be myself, share openly, and ask for help. He personalized the sessions to my needs and always provided me with materials that were thought provoking and relevant. He is also so encouraging. I always felt motivated after our sessions and he never fails to remind you that no matter what stage I felt like I was at, I AM doing it and that is something to be proud of.
