I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Dov Kahane’s office! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was professional and welcoming.
Dr. Kahane himself was excellent; he took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and gave me some really practical, honest advice on my dental health that I actually feel confident following. It’s clear he truly cares about his patients' long-term outcomes, not just the quick fix.
A huge shout-out to my hygienist, who was incredibly thorough yet gentle—my teeth have never felt cleaner! I also want to give a special mention to Sochi, the X-ray tech, who was so efficient and made that part of the process a breeze.
It’s rare to find a dental team that is this coordinated and genuinely caring. If you’re looking for a top-tier dentist in the Bronx, this is the place to go. Highly recommended

Everything was fine except time MGT. Respectfully, my time is valuable. If I make an appointment in good faith, I have a reasonable expectation that I will be seen exactly at the time of the appointment. I hope that this was just the first time experience because I really like the doctor. However, I am adamant about my time being respected. I don’t show up late for an appointment, because I respect your time. Please consider this. In addition, I had to take images of my mouth and the assistant did everything but it seemed like the imaging machine was not cooperating which led to an additional delay. In total it took 2 1/2 hours for the visit which is just too long. Thank you for allowing me the out provide constructive feedback.

Basically saw a different dentist. She was great, but I was charged for the dentist on the appointment not the one I saw. And on top of that they didn’t actually accept my dental insurance and charged me for a regular dental exam and cleaning when I usually don’t pay for those as they are supposed to be fully covered by insurance.

Dr. Kahana is the BEST! He is not only professional always, but he is a very nice person as well. He listens to his patients and explains everything very clearly. He had been my dentist for many years and I wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. His office staff are all wonderful and make you feel well taken care of.

I have had a great deal of dental work in my life (unfortunately!) and have been treated by a number of general dentists (as well as specialists) throughout the years. Dr. Kahane stands out among them. He is not only extremly knowledgeable and skilled, but he is also kind and caring. I never felt rushed, all of my questons and concerns were addressed and I was treated with respect and compassion.
