I’ve lived in the Phoenix area for about 3 months now due to a career change which provided vision care. Something I haven’t had and had to pay myself The last decade and I hadn’t gotten a check up since 2017 because I couldn’t afford it anymore. This was definitely the most professional and helpful crew I’ve had in a while as well as the doctor herself.

The clinic's response to the covid situation is sensible without being obtrusive, and I felt completely safe and welcomed the entire time I was there. Everything was fine but got overwhelmed when trying to pick glasses. It does not seem like a simply process anymore. On the other hand I have never had such an in depth eye exam. I was surprising but greatlful.

The staff at the office could not have been more helpful. I have seen the same optometrist my entire life, and recently moved to AZ. All of my questions were answered, everything was so thorough, and all the staff were so warm and inviting. The office was very clean and organized, and they had new equipment. I am happy to have lucked out and found a place to establish myself as a patient for my eye care. Would highly recommend!

Everything and everyone from the staff to the doctor were nothing but amazing! No wait time at all; walked in and signed two sheets and then I was taken right back. Each interaction with the staff here was wonderful; they were all soooo nice (seriously can’t stress that enough)! I have to shoutout the last employee I worked with who helped me get new sunglasses. She never pressed me to try and buy the most expensive; wrote out pricing on a few options for me; she even was straight up with me on how the lens colors turned out (some didn’t match exactly) and for that I appreciate her so much!

I really loved every part of the experience I had with Dr. McCutcheon and staff at Opticare Riviera Scottsdale. I was given options for my routine check up and the “extra cost” options were called out so there was always a choice and costs were transparent. They don’t test your eye pressure with the burst of air which was great!! Everyone was so nice, helpful and willing to explain every step of my appointment. Great experience overall!
