I appreciated his calm demeanor, a very good communicator. I felt comfortable. I have scheduled a follow up appointment. He puts you at ease. For me, that was important as I wasn't super comfortable reaching out. He took a lot of time with me and asked many probing questions. I did not feel judged.

My experience with Ricky Luong was very smooth, he asked many questions which I appreciated, I heard some bad experiences from people before talking to psychiatrists, saying that they don't listen to them and just prescribe them whatever, but my experience was the opposite. And I appreciate prescribing low dosages for me before going too strong. Recommended :)

Had an exceptional experience w/ Ricky Luong. He really took the time to understand my needs and shared practical methods and solutions. Rather than just talking at me, he kept me apart of the conversation the entire time which I appreciated. I appreciated his thorough diagnosis and empathetic communication approach.

It was a pleasant surprise to be heard by a psychiatrist for once. I appreciated how thorough Dr.Luong was when I was discussing my concerns. I'm usually in such a rush with doctors to get my point across and he actually gave me the space to speak. I truly appreciated it. I highly recommend.

The video appointment with Dr. Luong was great! He is very friendly, and easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and fully engaged in the conversation throughout my appointment. I felt my needs were being heard and understood and we were able to come up with a game plan for treatment. Awesome experience:)
