People-centered patient care is the cornerstone of my practice. Not only will I treat your smile with skill and soft touch, I will give you the warm and friendly care you want. This includes answering questions and explaining your treatment options in great detail.
I remain active in dental organizations to keep informed of new developments in dentistry, which benefits you as a patient.
To keep current with all the advances in dentistry, I attend hundreds of hours of postgraduate advanced education and every year.

Dr. Rees and his staff were amazing, the office ambience was very relaxing and everyone was super kind to me during my visit.
I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist and have struggled to go for years; nonetheless this experience really helped me overcome a lot of fears I’ve been dealing with regarding dental care.
Overall A+ job, quick to be seen, very experienced staff, exceptional atmosphere, and happy to make Dr. Rees my primary dental provider.

Nicest visit I've ever had to a dentist! The woman at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, Dr. Rees's assistant (I assume a dental hygienist) was very nice, and Dr. Rees himself was very kind. He made it a point to make me comfortable, asked about my concerns, fears, and what I like in a dentist. He knows his stuff and is both very thorough and communicative, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Him and his staff made a genuine effort to make me feel comfortable and it was overall a great experience. Not afraid to go to the dentist anymore! If you're on the fence, give him a shot, I really think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I have not seen a dentist since before the pandemic started. This visit was long overdue. I work in La Jolla and was seeking a provider that was close to my job. Well, I need to look no further because not only have I found a great provider but the office is close, convenient and the staff is simply wonderful!
Dr. Rees put me at ease and explained my treatment plan and provided me with great advice regarding my oral health. I am pleased with my visit and look forward to seeing Dr. Rees and his staff at least twice a year!

Doc seemed all around knowledgable and clearly cares, spent at least 20 minutes just getting my history, seeing what I was looking for out of my treatment and talking me through the options. Has a teaching background and seems very well versed in his trade. Also all around cool guy, great demeanor/bedside manner if you will.
I was greeted very warmly at the front desk, seen almost immediately, and when I told them I had another appointment lined up elsewhere they helped me get out of there on time. Very respectful and accommodating team, this is a rare find IMO.
Liked Dr. Rees and Co. a lot and will certainly be using them from here on out. You should too!

After dealing with so many dentist that try to sell up more procedures it was refreshing to go to Dr. Rees office. Very personal and knowledgeable, Liked him from the get go. Had my teeth whitened and they came out great! No discomfort from the procedure. I would highly recommend!

I always have a great experience with Dr. Rees and his staff! I am welcomed with a warm greeting from Claire (Front Office Manager) and enjoy reconnecting with her each time I am there. The dental assistants are very helpful. And Dr. Rees is amazing (and funny!). He has such a calming way about him and keeps me informed of each step he takes. I strongly recommend Dr. Rees to new patients as I am confident they will be pleased with his work and with the entire dental office.

The office told me that my insurance would cover $0 of the work. When I called my insurance they said some of the codes on the estimate were not even dental codes. Ripoff!!!

Dr. Robert Reese was everything I could ask for in a Dentist. In 2 years I have been through a number of dentists in the San Diego area with no success of a true dentist home. Through much Prayer and referrals from my insurance company, I found Dr. Reese. It is not only him but his entire staff, I would recommend to anyone. They are all warm, courteous, and professional in there demeanor. Clair is a wiz when it comes to working with the insurance agencies to find the best route to save time and best of all Money for her patients. Over all, I feel I have found a home and would Highly recommend Dr. Reese and staff to anyone..! :})
