Welcome, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington, DC and Virginia. I have over 8 years of experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with depression. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space. My therapy style is person-centered with a Solution-Focused approach.
