Very impersonal experience. I explained some back problems hoping to have some kind of review, imaging, etc. to see that I didn't have an existing injury (such as disc problems) and to set up a treatment plan. Instead I got a short blurb about how it's a pinched nerve, couple cracks on a table and then sat on a massage bed for a while. I heard (verbatim) the exact same pinched nerve blurb to the next patient while I was waiting, and feel roughly the same after being seen.

Dr. Prather thoroughly listened to all of my concerns and past history and did an excellent job of helping me address my current issues. My back and neck pain was made SO much better by the time I left. I highly recommend coming to see him!!

The doctor and staff are very friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and help you out with any questions you might. The office is very clean and very nice. The doctor always does his best to reduce you pain.

My visit with Dr. Prather was GREAT ?? when I arrived, the staff automatically greeted me by name, she was very friendly & pleasant….i didn’t wait hours, I was seen immediately! Dr. Prather was very welcoming, pleasant and FUNNY ?? he helped my back & neck problem overall, he is GREAT at what he do ???? my follow up is next week and I already can’t wait ?? I definitely recommend!!!!

Dr. Mark is the best. He takes the time to get to know his patients and genuinely cares about your improvement. Him and Stephanie (office administrator) are incredibly friendly. They are flexible with appointments as well. After every appointment I felt improvement. I would highly recommend.
