We began working with Paige at a time in our relationship when we were feeling really stuck. Meeting with Paige weekly allowed us to work through things that previously would lead to major fights. Paige has provided so many strategies to help us open our communication, and trust one another again. She is compassionate and skilled at finding the root of the issue. We would highly recommend Paige to any couple who feels at a crossroads in their relationship.

Allison has a way of helping me feel seen in our sessions together and providing perspective for both me and my husband. It's always scary digging up hard topics to process, and she helped us both feel safe to dive in! Thank you, Allison!

Alison has made a huge impact on my life. She introduced me to nervous system regulation and internal family systems, and both of these concepts have improved my quality of life by 10 fold! I will be forever grateful for her and all that she has taught me and helped me through. She is an amazing person and therapist!

Going to therapy was one of the last things i was willing to try to get better. I knew there were benefits of therapy but was unwilling to try for a very long time. Once I started, I began to enjoy our appointments and it became something I would even look forward to. These sessions helped me get to a better spot mentally, I highly recommend Allison.

I can't recommend Alison highly enough. As a first-time therapy patient, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made the entire experience incredibly comfortable. Alison has a remarkable ability to break things down in a way that made sense to me, giving me the new perspective I needed. She not only helped me better understand my thoughts and emotions but also helped me develop tools that I could apply in my daily life. My experience with Alison has been genuinely life-changing, and I’m so grateful for her guidance. If you're looking for a provider who is not only knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate and easy to connect with, I wholeheartedly recommend her.

We went to couples therapy with Alison Shea and felt very comfortable and safe to talk through our concerns. She was able to give us the tools to work through things in a meaningful way. She is a great listener and very intelligent. We sadly had to end our time with her a little sooner due to financial issues, but Alison would be the first person I'd call if I needed a therapist again.

My partner and I did several sessions with Allison and she was incredibly warm and helpful. We learned lots of new strategies for better communication as we explored the root causes of tensions in our relationship. We are super grateful for the tools she was able to share with us and use many of them to this day!

Liz was very transparent about how the session would go and made me feel very comfortable to share as much or as little as I wished. She took detailed notes when appropriate and did a great job of affirming my concerns.
