I had a fantastic experience at the Eye Institute. The location was easy to find, and from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. Shelly was incredibly kind, intelligent, and empathetic, and she made me feel comfortable and confident right away. Brittany did an excellent job communicating throughout the exam and was very attentive to my comfort. Dr. Spencer Johnson was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and it was clear that the entire team truly knows what they’re doing. Overall, the care felt thoughtful, professional, and genuinely patient-focused.
