Another male doc that said my pain is phantom pain.
Did not perform a physical examination. Had me read my reports out loud to him vs looking at them and reading them himself. Totally dismissive of my pain and symptoms. Least he could do was educate me on what kidney symptoms could be or what I could look for and why my cyst is apparently not pain inducing.
Horrible experience. Would not recommend.

The staff and the doctor's appointment was a nice experience. We checked in at the front desk and the doctor saw us at our appointment time. He was very detailed and listened to all our concerns. He followed up with the other doctors who treated my mom since she was in the hospital. He called the next day to followed up. I would recommend patients to him

Dr. Epstein takes time to listen to me and answers any questions I have. He is great at following up with phone calls. You do not have to constantly call the office to get a response on test results.

Dr. Alan Perlman was fantastic. I was seen right on time, which is rare these days, and he spent a full hour with me reviewing my medical history, symptoms, and lab results. At no point did I feel rushed.
What impressed me most was his ability to clearly explain the potential causes behind my lab results.
He was the first doctor who made everything make sense in a way that was easy to understand. Rather than overcomplicating things, he came up with a straightforward, practical plan for moving forward.
I highly recommend Dr. Perlman to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thoughtful physician who truly takes the time to listen and educate his patients. After my experience, I’m not surprised the wait to get an appointment with him is as long as it is.

Dr. Li is awesome! It has been a while since I have had a doctor willing to take the time to go through my entire health history and clearly explain why my treatment decisions are being made. The doctor had great bedside manner, empathized and communicated clearly. The staff at the office were all very friendly and clear communicators as well.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Li. I was seen within a few minutes after I arrived. Dr. Li took the time to go through my medical history to gain a complete picture of my circumstances and asked many questions, which I appreciated. She was very through within her prognosis of circumstances and provided clear explanations of the different options for treatment. She was also kind enough to identify several factors to be mindful going forward. She had good bedside manner and made sure to ask good questions throughout the appointment. Additionally, Her staff was kind and clarified any questions I had. Overall the appointment my experience was seamless and look forward to working with Dr. Li.

Dr Li. Went above and beyond. She thoroughly explained how underlying issues could be the cause of kidney problems. She gave me clarity on my labs that was performed with my pcp and went over the meds that was provided by other drs that I wasn’t clear on. She explained what to do to get to my goal and how to go about reducing my blood pressure. She recommended lifestyle changes, diet and exercise instead of medication.
I arrived as a nervous wreck and left cool as a cucumber.

First, I would say the clinic is good and counter staff is good as well. All of them are very helpful and kind.
BUT for the provider, I have to be honest that I have never see such a terrible NP, never smile, not-polite, not-kind, very arrogant for unknown reasons, and not professional at all. I would not and would never recommend such a NP as your provider.

Dr. Srivatana is just wonderful. Warm, engaging, friendly, caring. He listens! Patient, comprehensive, concerned, personable. He explained in considerable detail his prognosis, steps we would take, expectations, new medications. He referred me to a urologist.
On a scale of 1-10, Dr. Srivatana gets a 12!!!!!
