I had a TeleHealth appointment with Rogue Valley Pain & Regenerative Medical Center so am not aware of the physical clinic/staff, but it appears that Dr. Wruck is the only provider. He is credentialed as DC & FNP, the website claims he has experience in "occupational medicine, orthopedic medicine, and medical pain management". I was trying to schedule a PRP injection for chronic greater trochanteric pain syndrome; he seems to prefer "biological" equivalents, although didn't cite any research/clinical data to support his opinion these are superior. There is extensive data on standard PRP, but little to none (that I could find) for the alternatives. I have no idea if substitutes are simply quicker/easier to administer or if he has some personal incentive to recommend these over the therapy I hoped for. While he was quite nice, as a retired General Surgeon I'm going to travel farther to see true Orthopedic Sports Med MDs for standard PRP which is backed up by randomized controlled trials
