This time of year often invites reflection and hope, while also highlighting areas you may want to change. If you’re ready to recalibrate, connect with me. I respond in less than 24 hours. I help adults, couples, and teens navigate challenging emotions and life transitions, build focus and motivation, and find meaning, purpose, and direction. Together, we work through stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational challenges with clarity and compassion. My 18 years as a licensed counselor, alongside work in a university setting, give me practical insight into helping people work through the distractions and pressures of life. Expect a comfortable, private office with fidgets and puzzles. We can take a walk or shoot baskets if you prefer to be moving. I look forward to meeting you!
