Ron is an excellent professional who has helped me immensely with challenges in personal anxiety, communication, and relationship conflicts. In my opinion, he has always been respectful and fair with me, he is very direct when necessary (without being rude), and he has done a wonderful job of challenging me on the things I may be "avoiding" and also encouraging me when I don't recognize the progress I've made. Ron has a wealth of tools for a variety of situations, and when he has shared some of these tools for my specific situations (especially with stress management and conflict resolution), I am usually pretty amazed with how well they work. I am grateful to have met Ron several years back and I believe I have emerged from his counseling as a happier, more confident person who handles anxiety in a much healthier way - and am a better partner as well.
