Dr.Suarez is one of the best! Love that he’s my primary. He explains everything going on and really listens to his patients. He doesn’t rush and really made me feel comfortable. He also explains my medications and what they’ll be used for. If you’re looking for a primary doctor than he’s the best. The wait time is horrible but then again it’s worth it because he truly cares about his patients

I waited almost a 2 weeks for my blood work and then was told that need to discuss the report with doctor as my report is not normal. I waited almost 2 hour just to discuss the blood work report. Had to wait first 3 weeks to receive the report , then after calling many times got the message that report is not normal and had to wait 2 hours to discuss report is really not a good. I thought of making him my primary doctor but now Would tell everyone that if you time to waste visit them.
Not a fan of this practice- wait time was excessive and I spent more time with the medical assistant who did everything right away including blood work despite not having seen or speaking too a provider. Once with the doctor the rest of the appt was spent with their back turned to me and peppering me with random questions and never once looking me in the eye, shaking my hand, or asking me about my concerns. Had to return for a follow up with a GI doctor and so far the experience is exactly the same- will not be returning again.
Dr Suarez is amazing. Very thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly and took his time with my appointment.

There are multiple doctors at this office and while they are good doctors they move very slow and don’t stick to appointments. My appointment was at 1:15pm and I arrived at 1:10pm it’s not 2:17pm and have not been seen nor greeted. It’s ridiculous and waiting for so long ruins a good practice.

Great!! Dr. Suarez was patient with me and addressed all my concerns. Communicated with me well even though my English is not great. I really liked him. Will return to him for more visits. It was his busy day. I waited for a long time. No to waste your time to fill in the forms and answer questions online becauae you will be asked to do paper work again at the office. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Office is clean and organized. This was my first visit to him and I am glad I did research to find a good doctor and luckly i got the one. Went to see Dr. Fagan for hemorrhoids. Upon seeing him, he didn't do any sort of exam but rather scheduled me for allergy tests and a colonoscopy. I asked if he would repair the hemorrhoids during the colonoscopy and he said he'd do what he could. The allergy tests came back that I was allergic to nearly every food but the only explanation and advice I got was to avoid those foods. Then some supplement place called me to have me purchase supplements to fight candida (Doctors order). The colonoscopy was over an hour late and I could hear the doctor rushing the staff beforehand saying they were running late. He said zero words to me before I was put asleep and then afterwards (in the hallway no less) he said I was fine and that where I had a growth previously, there was none now. So much for patient privacy. I'm so disgusted with this doctor that I can't even call to complain.

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and willing to do whatever needed to get me the best treatment possible.

Dr. Fagan was very caring. He went out of his way to help me as a student and made sure i would be safe and sound after a procedure. He tried to explain and help me gain a sense of what I would be experiencing for the upper endoscopy. Hopefully this would make clear how to treat my belly problem. Two stars off for the hour I had to wait to finally see the doctor.

I booked the appointment the night before and arrived much earlier the next morning, but I was called in almost right away! The nurses and receptionists were very nice. I was given a blood test, a blow test to see bacteria in my stomach, and urine sample taken. Dr. Fagan ordered me to come in two days later to do Adb Sono and food allergy test. He seemed rushed but the fact that I'm getting these tests and treated is much better than the gastroenterologies in my area which I have to wait a over a month for an appointment! I don't know what's wrong with them...

Didn't really give me any ideas as to what is wrong, was more interested in pushing allergy testing. When my husband asked questions basically blew him off with an attitude. Mentioned about having procedures done but he left the exam room and didn't see him again. Left the office still with no idea as to what is going on with me.
