Root Cause Psychotherapy
I specialize in helping people face, feel, and heal emotional wounds. Whether these stem from childhood abuse and neglect or from war-related trauma, I’ve developed a powerful skill set for transforming suffering into peace. Deep healing from PTSD is possible—though it often takes longer than we wish.
As a trauma-focused clinician, I understand painful past experiences as the root of many challenges you may be facing today. Depression, anxiety, hypervigilance, overworking, suicidality, and more often arise from unresolved trauma. My work centers on understanding what brought you here and addressing the underlying cause. In the beginning, why we feel so bad often doesn’t make sense. We may believe we’re weak, defective, broken, or beyond hope. But the real question is not “What’s wrong with you?”—it’s “What happened to you?”
Finding the right therapist is a crucial part of your healing journey. If you’re tired of traditional talk therapy and need something deeper, I encourage you to explore Root Cause Psychotherapy.
