If you haven't seen Vickie yet, what are you doing? I have had my fair share of therapists throughout my life. However no one compares to Vickie. She is the most helpful, present, caring therapist I have ever had. Sessions with her feel like talking to family or a really really close friend. Her understanding of mental health and life in general make things so much easier to deal with and understand. There's no confusing medical terms or anything like that. She makes sure you feel comfortable, safe, and heard. Even when she's not "in office" she always makes sure that you have a way to communicate with her for crisis'. Her care for her clients shines through her sessions and our conversations. When people ask for a recommendation for a counselor/therapist, I can't pull up Vickie's number fast enough. There is no one that I'd recommend more than her! ?? ?? ??????

I just started seeing Vickie. I like her vibe and think we are going to make progress on the various issues I need to manage. Vickie is kind and professional, and a great listener and communicator. She is easy to relate to, which I think indicates that she has a lot of life experience. Vickie and I are still early in our relationship, but she made an excellent first impression and that is always important. I'm looking forward to talking to her every week.

Seeking counseling from Vickie O’Shea was one of the most fortunate decisions of my life.
