I am currently offering both in-person and teletherapy sessions; As part of Rooted Psychotherapy, Mental Health Counseling PLLC, I provide trauma-informed care with EMDR therapy. In addition, I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and talk therapy to support each clients individual needs.
