I would like to express concern regarding the unprofessional conduct I experienced during my previous interaction with your office. The dismissive attitude and refusal to comply with a lawful request was disappointing and, frankly, distressing. During my attempt to obtain my records, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and inappropriate manner. Specifically, Dr Nadeem Naseem who stated that my current dentist “should not be practicing if she can’t read his notes,” and then proceeded to hang up on me. This, along with the dismissive behavior of your front office staff, created an unnecessarily hostile experience and raised serious concerns regarding the professionalism of this practice. This behavior is not only unethical, but it also appears to be an attempt to obstruct a lawful records request.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Efficient in general. I had a 5p appointment and was worried it would be rushed since it was the end of the day but that was not the case. They even took an emergency walk-in as I was leaving. The only downside was the wait was about an hour.

Hey, First time visiting Dr Nadeem Naseem in Greenpoint. As soon as I walked in I knew it had people who had been coming for years as I saw the owner of one of the local Manhattan Ave stores there, who said he's been going there for the last 12 years. I can see why now. With some difficult dental work ahead, I knew I had to find a place to call home, a place that would value my health and look towards the long-term goals. I felt like I came in lost, guilty that I had neglected a few procedures (I only recently received insurance) which had resulted in some tooth decay. Sad but true. Either way, I had to shake Dr Naseem's hand before I left and let him know that I felt like I would be taken care of. I felt a sense of everything will be okay, that I was in the right hands. While I cannot speak about any results since it was my first visit, I can definitely say it was a great first visit and I look forward to a long-lasting relationship with this institution. With specialists and surgeons available at certain times throughout the month, it is a one-stop shop where I feel all of my information can be easily communicated from one dr to another surgeon, etc., where I won't feel lost in the mix. I am only writing this because I really do feel this way, it really was a great experience. If you can't tell, Im not a big review guy - there's a lot of info here I am sure is TMI, but I just wanted to get the word out. Great first visit, looking forward to more and getting back smiling.
